At Calyx Studio, we value your commitment and strive to provide the highest quality of service. To ensure a transparent and efficient process, we have established the following scheduling and cancellation policies:

Scheduling Policy

1. If purchased January–November: time must be scheduled and used the same calendar year purchased.

2. If purchased in December: time can be scheduled same or following calendar year.

30-Day Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a written cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the project.

2. Refunds: If the cancellation is made within the stipulated time frame, any deposits made will be refunded in full. Cancellations occurring 30 days after purchase will forfeit the payment.

3. Rescheduling: Should you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please notify us at least 48-hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new timeline without any additional fees. Changes made less than 48-hours ahead of scheduled meeting or in excess of 1 time change will incur a fee.

4. Exceptions: Unique circumstances may be taken into consideration. We encourage open communication to discuss any specific situations that may arise.
